Brown & Root Flats, The East Shore and South Bay today. Cloud
cover made sight
casting very difficult. Picked up 5 reds to 29 1/2" and two trout, 17" & 19",
blind
casting. Two of the reds and one trout ate a Black/Yellow Super Spook Jr.
top water and
the rest were caught on Liquid Shrimp colored Texas Trout Killer II Jrs on 1/16
oz. jig
heads. The water is up a little from the last few days and the fish were there,
just
couldn't see them until they were too close to the boat. |
